BA (Hons) PGCE & Primary Teacher / SENDCo
I am a qualified Primary Teacher and a Literacy and Numeracy Teacher with over 2 decades of experience, primarily within Learning Support. I have been a SENCo internationally and in a West London independent school where I continue to work. I have a passion and keen interest in researching interventions that effectively reduce ‘barriers to learning’. As a mother of 2, I also have first-hand experience of the learning challenges that exist today and that my own children have and continue to face. I draw on these experiences and try to find solutions, only using support programmes that I, myself, would use with my own children. That is how I first discovered Magic Link. I used the programme with my then 6-year-old daughter and was so impressed with the results, that I decided to become a certified Magic Link Teacher.
